Global Pitch Challenge

You are being called on to shape the world’s future. We’re shining the light on youth, who want to get involved with the climate crisis, and learn the valuable skills it takes to build practical solutions to climate related problems in their communities and the world. 

Entrepreneur’s see opportunities everywhere, we want to inspire you to see the opportunities in relation to helping the global climate crisis. The global pitch challenge is about encouraging innovation and climate action to solve a range of problems effecting the world today. 

Global Pitch Challenge

Futurepreneurs X Climate is hosting a global competition for young entrepreneurs in secondary schools to pitch start-up ideas, product design solutions, and launch plans to address an identified climate challenge in their community or the world.

Entry Conditions

  • Open to secondary schools globally (focus on ASEAN)
  • Team or Individual submissions
  • 3x Climate challenge categories
  • Junior (7 – 9) and Senior (10 – 12) divisions
  • Judges and People’s Choice awards, prizes and recognition for student start-up teams and their schools
  • Profiled domestically and internationally

Entry Fees

  • Individual Futurepreneurs- AU$19.99
  • Futurepreneurs Teams- AU$199.99​

Futurepreneurs X Climate Global Pitch Challenge is not-for-profit:

  • Entry fee waived if students are enrolled in an Entropolis program
  • % discount on multiple team entries per school. 
  • Consideration is given to schools meeting low-income criteria on request.

Submit your 3-minute pitch solving a climate solution from one of the below categories.  Your pitch will be judged by our panel of climate-tech founders, council members, and industry professionals. The judges will pick a winner based on your problem anaylsis, ideas and pitch. Winners will be announced at the end of the event.                                 

Aligned to SDG-13 priorities to take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts

% of entry fees and Futurepreneurs course fees donated to UNICEF Australia to fund climate and education projects they support in Asia-Pacific.
