Entrepreneurship Builds Resilience

Entrepreneurship Builds Resilience By Taking Risks and Accepting Failure.

Entrepreneurship is a dynamic and transformative journey. To succeed in their ventures, entrepreneurs need to co-exist comfortably with risk and failure, seeing them not as deterrents but as opportunities to learn, grow and persist to bring their business vision to life and achieve their goals. Risk tolerance and failure acceptance are important mindsets for future work and life that we train through our entrepreneurship programs.

We grow students’ self—belief, discipline, curiosity and creativity by encouraging them to accept challenges, push boundaries and try new approaches to solving problems.

We also reframe ‘failure’ as an inevitable but valuable learning experience in business, work and life, giving students’ the tools, confidence and resilience to bounce back from setbacks, reevaluate their strategies, and pivot when necessary to emerge stronger and wiser.
