Focus on Building Teacher’s Capacity for Entrepreneurship Education.
We recognise that delivering entrepreneurship education, like all experiential learning, requires a different approach to traditional subjects. It also takes teachers significant time and effort on top of their existing workload to build competency and confidence for this more coaching-focused model. Suspendisse nibh felis!
Often teacher training and professional capacity building is given second priority to the student learning experience. However, we recognise that entrepreneurship programs are only sustainable when teachers are properly supported, their preparation time is minimised and they have confidence in delivering the subject matter.
Through onboarding sessions and the provision of comprehensive teaching, learning and assessment resources as part of our program packages, our goal is for classroom delivery to be as frictionless as possible with high student engagement and learning outcomes.
