Meet the Founder
Tania is a trailblazer and recognised leader in youth entrepreneurship.
Since co-founding Club Kidpreneur in 2010, she has been dedicated to applying her 30 years of global corporate and start-up experience and the rich education and entrepreneurship expertise of her network, to equip young people with essential skills for the future through innovative entrepreneurship-based learning experiences from primary through high school.
With 30 years of experience in both global corporate settings and startups, Tania leverages her extensive networks’ entrepreneurial and educational expertise to empower the next generation. Her passion lies in making young people more adaptable, employable, productive, and competitive by introducing them to entrepreneurship and cultivating practical, transferable 21st-century skills and mindsets while they are still in school.
Tania’s journey in youth entrepreneurship began in 2010 when she co-founded Club Kidpreneur. This initiative engaged passionate entrepreneur volunteers, early adopter schools, and dedicated educators to bring authentic entrepreneurial experiences into classrooms and extracurricular activities.
In 2016, recognizing the growing need to inspire entrepreneurial spirit broadly among young people and to complement their formal education with an agile mindset and 21st-century skills, Tania launched the flagship Kidpreneur Challenge. This program (now Kidpreneur Ninjas Academy) Australia’s longest-running curriculum-aligned primary school initiative, has been delivered by educators in over 1,200 Australian classrooms and across the Asia-Pacific region, including New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Papua New Guinea.
With a vision to empower one million school-aged children globally by 2030, Tania founded Entropolis. Acknowledging that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, Entropolis aims to make entrepreneurship education as accessible as possible by working directly with young people and collaborating with schools, educators, and education providers.
